Description

The City of Anaheim Housing Authority is seeking qualified financial consulting firms to provide specialized on-call financial advisory and analytical services in support of the City's affordable housing and community development programs. Services include real estate market and financial feasibility analyses, economic and demographic research, affordable housing financing, tax credit and bond financing transactions, and other related financial consulting services. Selected consultants will work on an as-needed basis to support strategic decision-making and project implementation. Proposals are due by June 26, 2026, with questions due by June 19, 2026.
