Description

This project involves upgrading vehicle detection systems at ten signalized intersections. Existing low performing video and/or inductive loop stop bar detection systems will be replaced with modern detection devices that provide multi-functional capabilities including presence detection, advanced detection, and traffic monitoring. Bids are to be submitted electronically, and a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held online. The award will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible total bid.
