Separate and sealed bids are being solicited for Drug Testing services for the Westmoreland County Children's Bureau. Bids must be submitted to the Office of the County Controller in Greensburg, Pennsylvania by 2:00 P.M. on August 4, 2026. Late bids will not be accepted or considered.
