Description
Nevada State University (NSU) is seeking a contractor to provide materials and labor for the Raker Student Access Center lighting upgrade project. The project aims to improve energy efficiency, reduce maintenance, and modernize lighting controls by replacing existing 2x4 fluorescent fixtures with new LED fixtures and installing occupancy-based lighting controls. The project includes add alternates for furnishing and installing hallway motion sensors. A mandatory site walk and pre-bid meeting will be held on July 8, 2026, at the Raker Student Success Center Main Lobby in Henderson, NV.
