Sam Houston. - The government seeks information and potential sources for procuring a 3100A High Frequency Oscillatory Ventilator. - OEM highlighted: Vyaire Medical - Model: 3100A High Frequency Oscillatory Ventilator (Part Number: 768901-RNT) - Quantity: 1 unit - The ventilator must include: - Oxygen and air hose connections - Integrated blender - Clear patient calibration sticker - Audible alarms - Bias flow and mean airway controls - Altitude calibration - Pedestal with locking wheels - The equipment is intended for use in the Respiratory Care Practitioner Training Course, supporting over 90 students annually and addressing training deficiencies due to unreliable existing equipment. - Delivery is required within eight weeks of award, FOB Destination at Fort Sam Houston. - A minimum one-year warranty with full support and repair coverage is required.
