Description

This solicitation is for the replacement of membranes at the City of Palm Coast Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF) No. 2. The contractor is required to remove and dispose of existing Ovivo membrane cassettes and install Kubota membrane modules within four Phase 1 MBR tanks. The work includes providing all associated piping supports, fittings, and other necessary appurtenances for a fully functional system as designed and specified. The total construction time is 150 consecutive calendar days from the Notice to Proceed, with an additional 30 days to achieve final completion. Bids must be submitted electronically through the City's Procurement Portal.
