Description
This Request for Proposals (RFP) solicits qualified and experienced firms to provide Disaster Debris Removal Services for St. Johns County in response to declared disasters, emergencies, and other events requiring debris clearance, collection, reduction, removal, hauling, and lawful disposal. Services may be required following natural disasters such as hurricanes, tropical storms, tornadoes, severe weather events, floods, and wildfires, as well as man-made emergencies or public safety incidents. The contract includes providing all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, and incidentals necessary to perform the services. The County intends to establish contracts with a Primary Contractor and a Secondary (Backup) Contractor to provide services on an as-needed basis.
