NOAA's Earth System Research Laboratory at the David Skaggs Research Center in Boulder, CO, is seeking factory-authorized maintenance for six Toshiba Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems. - Government Buyer: - National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) - Sub-agencies: Oceanic and Atmospheric Research (OAR), Earth System Research Laboratory - Office: Office of the Executive Director (OED), David Skaggs Research Center - OEM Highlight: - Toshiba is the required OEM for all UPS systems and replacement parts - Vendors: - Only authorized Toshiba UPS service providers are eligible - Products/Services Requested: - Maintenance for six Toshiba UPS units: - Five Toshiba 4400 Series 3-Phase UPS units (15–20 kVA) - One Toshiba Single Phase UPS (1600EP/XPi/XP, 3.6–6 kVA) - Services include: - One major annual preventive maintenance (PM) and one minor semi-annual PM per unit - Comprehensive battery diagnostics and preventive maintenance - 24/7/365 emergency corrective maintenance with 4-hour on-site response - Degraded battery removal, disposal, and certified recycling - Notable Requirements: - Use of OEM (Toshiba) parts and certified technicians is mandatory - Contractor must be an authorized Toshiba UPS service provider - All labor, equipment, and materials must be included - Emergency support must be available at all times with rapid response - Recycling certification for removed batteries must be provided within 10 business days

Solicitation number 1305M326Q0264 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), for Toshiba Platinum UPS Maintenance at the NOAA David Skaggs Research Center in Boulder, CO.Services, non-personal, to provide all labor, equipment and materials (unless otherwise provided herein) necessary for Toshiba Platinum UPS Maintenance at the NOAA David Skaggs Research Center in Boulder, CO, in accordance with the Statement of Work. Period of Performance 08/01/2026 through 07/31/2027.A complete description of requirements for the items to be acquired, including documentation supporting any brand name descriptions or technical data, can be found in the SF18.2. This is a request for quotations (RFQ) for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.The Government intends to award as a trade-off, single award, firm fixed-price purchase order on an all or none basis with payment terms of Net 30. 3. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, bid, or proposal, as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency.THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR NON-RECEIPT OF QUOTES.
