Description

This solicitation seeks proposals from qualified vendors to provide development, administration, architectural, configuration, migration, integration, security, and support services for the Microsoft 365 Platform and related Microsoft cloud services used by Covered California. The services include day-to-day support, enhancement, and optimization of Microsoft 365 and related platforms such as Azure and Entra ID to support collaboration, productivity, identity, security, and business processes. The contract may be extended up to two additional years beyond the initial term, not exceeding five years total.
