The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting bids for Pipe Replacement Services as detailed in Exhibit A, "Scope of Work," included in the Proposed Agreement Forms/Exhibits section of the IFB. The scope includes all services and work described in the referenced exhibits. Bidders must meet a minimum Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation requirement of 5%. A mandatory pre-bid conference and site walk-through will be held on July 14, 2026, at the CHP Buellton Area Office in Buellton, CA.
