Description

The New York State Office of Mental Health and Creedmoor Psychiatric Center are soliciting bids through an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for a contractor to provide preventive maintenance services for HVAC, chiller systems, and ancillary equipment at their campus located at 79-25 Winchester Boulevard, Queens Village, New York 11427. The contract term is from May 1, 2027, to April 30, 2032. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for July 8, 2026, and bids are due by July 30, 2026.
