Description

The NYS Office of Mental Health and New York State Psychiatric Institute are seeking a contractor through an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to provide preventive maintenance services for the Building Management System (BMS) and ancillary equipment at the New York State Psychiatric Institute located at 1051 Riverside Drive, New York, NY. The contract term is from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2031.
