Description
The Town of Ithaca Planning Department seeks consultants with expertise in geospatial design and development to provide scenario planning and fiscal analysis for designated Traditional Neighborhood Development (TND) areas as outlined in the Town's Future Land Use Map and New Neighborhood Code. The project involves creating digitized scenario planning models using Esri ArcGIS Urban to analyze development impacts, including fiscal, housing, infrastructure, and environmental factors. Consultants will integrate existing GIS data and systems to develop methodologies for site capacity and cost-to-serve analysis, supporting municipal planning and public engagement.
