Description

Venture Academy is seeking proposals for the addition of an approximately 12,000 square foot pre-engineered metal building gym adjacent to the existing high school building, along with remodeling a portion of the existing gym to create two new classrooms. The gym addition will include a full-size regulation basketball court, retractable bleachers, restrooms, storage rooms, and other facilities. The remodel involves creating two vertically stacked classrooms in a portion of the existing gym while maintaining an auxiliary gym space. The project aims for substantial completion by August 2027, with construction starting while school is in session and interior remodel beginning around May 2027.
