Sources Sought Notification (SSN) Repair of Live Fire Training Facility Tower (Camp Fuji)

1. OVERVIEW The Marine Corps Installations Pacific – Regional Contracting Office (MCIPAC–RCO) is seeking written responses with information to assist the Government with identifying potential sources that are interested in and capable of providing repair services for the Live Fire Training Facility Tower described in section 2. below. The Government is particularly interested in identifying potential sources that can execute these highly specialized repair services at the Combined Arms Training Center (CATC), Camp Fuji, Japan.

2. DESCRIPTION The requirement is for the repair of a live-fire training tower, specifically focusing on the full replacement of the damaged fire liner and associated components within a burn cell.

Proprietary System: The facility is a proprietary "Fire Chief Model 14 x 21 Burn Cell 1," and WRG Fire Training Simulation Systems, Inc. is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Installation Standards: Government records indicate that a previous panel failure in this facility was caused by improper installation. Therefore, it is critical that the new system is installed by trained professionals. Repairs must be executed in strict accordance with the original OEM design, technical data, and safety specifications to prevent premature failures and protect the Government's investment. Compliance: All repairs and materials must comply with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 1402 standards for fire training facilities. See attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for detailed requirements.

3. Responses Interested vendors may submit a written Capabilities Statement with enough information to determine the company's ability to fulfill the government requirement described in section 2. above. The following information should be included:
