Base Life Support Services for U.S. Army Exercise in Palau

This opportunity is for local vendors to provide comprehensive Base Life Support (BLS) services for U.S. military personnel during the Tenacious Archer exercise in Palau. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army, 413th Contracting Support Brigade (CSB), Theater Support Contract - US Forces Palau - Scope of Work: - Non-personal BLS services including: - Portable latrines (multiple locations, total quantity over 40 units) - Hand washing stations (over 30 units) - Tents with air conditioning and power generation - Dumpsters and trash removal (multiple locations) - HAZMAT disposal (including hazardous waste and batteries) - Sandbags (2,000 units) - Overhead cover structures - Power generation (generators, 15kW) - Light sets (minimum 30,000 lumens) - Portable work containers with AC and lighting - Coolers for ice (minimum 130 liters, over 15 units) - Industrial fans (6 units) - Furniture (tables, chairs, heavy-duty tables) - Transportation (4x4 pickup trucks and 15-passenger vans, without drivers) - Defense Base Act (DBA) Insurance - Unique/Notable Requirements: - 24/7 service availability - Equipment must be delivered and operational by noon on the first day and removed promptly after the exercise - Compliance with U.S. and host nation laws, safety, and performance standards - Flexibility for changes in period of performance and quantities due to military operations - All hazardous waste handling must meet OSHA standards - Set-aside for local Palau vendors only - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or product brands are named; generic equipment and services are requested - Quantities and Locations: - Detailed breakdown of quantities and delivery locations for each item (see product line items) - Services and equipment support multiple sites across Palau

Description

This is a non-personal service(s) contract to provide Base Life Support for US government personnel in Palau for the annual Tenacious Archer exercise. The USG shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the USG.
