The Department of Veterans Affairs, through Network Contracting Office 20 (NCO 20) for the Western States Network Consortium (WSNC), is seeking to establish a 5-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for respiratory fit testing solutions across multiple VISNs. - Government Buyer: - Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 20 (NCO 20), Western States Network Consortium (WSNC) - OEMs and Vendors: - TSI Incorporated (OEM for PortaCount Respirator Fit Tester) - Products/Services Requested: - Quantitative Respirator Fit Testers (brand name or equal to TSI 8048 PortaCount) - Probe refill kits for fit testers - 99.5% Isopropyl Alcohol (for use with fit testers) - Annual calibration and cleaning services for fit testers - Optional Microsoft Tablet with fit testing equipment - Training services (in-person, virtual, or video) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Brand name or equal specification for TSI 8048 PortaCount - Contract covers all VHA facilities in VISNs 17, 19, 20, 21, and 22 - Small business set-aside under NAICS 334516 - Training must be available in multiple formats - Annual calibration and cleaning required for all equipment - 5-year contract with annual ordering periods and a $2,000,000 ceiling

Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs seeks to establishes an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for VA Respiratory Fit Testing Equipment, Supplies, and Annual Calibrations for use within the Western States Network Consortium (WSNC).  Contractor shall provide brand name or equal to TSI 8048 PortaCount Respirator Fit Tester.
