This opportunity is for the replacement of auditorium seating and carpet at Building 34, Stratton Air National Guard Base (ANGB), managed by the U.S. Air National Guard, 109th Airlift Wing, through the USPFO NY Procurement office. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air National Guard, 109th Airlift Wing, W7NR USPFO ACTIVITY NYANG 109 - OEMs and Vendors: - Shaw Industries (basis of design for carpet tiles: Shaw Storm Cloud 17597) - No specific OEMs for auditorium seating; commercial-style seating required - Products/Services Requested: - Removal and disposal of approximately 198 existing floor-mounted auditorium chairs - Design, procurement, and installation of up to 198 new commercial-style, upholstered auditorium chairs with armrests - Chairs must match existing style and dimensions, and comply with life safety, egress, and ADA codes - Minimum acceptable quantity is 171 seats, depending on layout and code compliance - Removal and disposal of existing carpet - Subfloor preparation and installation of approximately 1,800 square feet of commercial-grade carpet tiles - Carpet tiles specified as Shaw Storm Cloud 17597 or approved equal - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Contractor must submit design layouts and material samples for approval - All work must comply with security and safety requirements of the base - Project is a total small business set-aside - Payment and performance bonds required if contract value exceeds specified thresholds - Work excludes stage, podium, and stairs - All work must be completed within 90 days of notice to proceed
