This Request for Proposal (RFP) will result in a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) award to procure Initiator Delay, Cartridge Actuator Initiator, JL56 and JL57. To be eligible for award, the Offeror must submit a valid Qualification Acceptance Letter, or Government approved equivalent, signed by an authorized Government engineer verifying their status as a qualified source for this requirement.
