The Government is contemplating the award of multiple single-award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts under the SOF-T Serve portfolio. This is designed as a high-speed route to identify, evaluate, and field commercial capabilities at the speed of the commercial market.
