The NYS Office of Mental Health and Mid-Hudson Forensic Psychiatric Center are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance of Building Management System (BMS) at Mid-Hudson Forensic Psychiatric Center located at 2834 Route 17-M, New Hampton, NY 10958. The scope includes preventive maintenance tasks, equipment list, and schedule matrix as detailed in Appendix D of the Contract Boilerplate. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for June 29, 2026, and bids are due by July 21, 2026. There are no MWBE or SDVOB participation goals for this contract, and New York State Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Rates apply.
