Description
Full office build out of approximately 2800 sf of currently vacant space on the third floor of the Ronald Davies Federal Building. Scope of work includes but is not limited to asbestos and lead paint abatement, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, lighting, security, communications, furniture and interior finish work. See Section 2.1 in the SOW for detailed project requirements.
