Davies Federal Building in Grand Forks, ND, managed by the General Services Administration (GSA). - Government Buyer: - General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service, Acquisition Project Delivery Contracting Division, West/Contracting Branch C - Scope of Work: - Full buildout of approximately 2,800 square feet of vacant office space - Includes asbestos and lead paint abatement, demolition, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, lighting, fire protection, security, communications, furniture, and interior finishes - Tenant improvement construction, hazardous material abatement, and upgrades to building systems - OEMs and Vendors: - Bobrick (bathroom accessories) - Vertiv (HVAC fan coil unit) - Greenheck (exhaust fan) - Price (diffusers and grilles) - Lithonia (lighting fixtures) - 3M (safety and security window film) - Schlage (door hardware) - Products and Quantities: - Security equipment: 5 Alarm Control Keypads, 8 Hirsch Access Control Keypads, 4 VSS Monitors, 6 Dome-type Security Cameras, 1 Fisheye-type Security Camera - Bathroom and laundry accessories: Multiple Bobrick items (dispensers, mirrors, hooks, grab bars, etc.) - HVAC and plumbing: Vertiv fan coil unit, Greenheck exhaust fan, Price diffusers/grilles, various plumbing fixtures (sinks, lavatories, showers, toilets, disposers, valves) - Lighting: 13 Lithonia LED fixtures - Safety and security: 3M window film, bullet resistant doors and equipment, fire extinguishers and cabinets - Flooring and finishes: Asbestos abatement (1,750 SF floor tile, 260 joints joint compound, 1,900 SF gypsum composite), lead paint abatement, historic wood floor refinishing, porcelain tile, resilient tile, carpet tile, painting - Unique Requirements: - Strict compliance with federal, state, and local regulations for hazardous material abatement - Buy American Act construction materials - Security clearances and handling of controlled unclassified information - Historic preservation standards for wood flooring - Accessibility and ADA compliance for fixtures and finishes - Bullet resistant equipment and vision control glass for enhanced security - Period of Performance: - 240 calendar days from Notice to Proceed for substantial completion, with project closeout within 60 days after - Phased submittals and construction documents finalized in early 2026 - Estimated Contract Value: - $1 million to $5 million (firm-fixed price, small business set-aside) - All detailed requirements and specifications are provided in the attached Statement of Work and technical documents.

Description

Full office build out of approximately 2800 sf of currently vacant space on the third floor of the Ronald Davies Federal Building. Scope of work includes but is not limited to asbestos and lead paint abatement, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, lighting, security, communications, furniture and interior finish work.
