The Department of the Army, Rock Island Arsenal (RIA) Joint Manufacturing Technology Center (JMTC) is seeking expert repair services for a Fellows Gear Shaper machine. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Army - Rock Island Arsenal (RIA) Joint Manufacturing Technology Center (JMTC) - OEM Highlight: - Fellows (manufacturer of the Gear Shaper Model FS400-125) - Requested Services: - Inspection, diagnosis, and recommissioning of Fellows Gear Shaper Model FS400-125 (Serial# 36937) - Cleaning of equipment and work area, including oil spill cleanup and disposal of materials - Execution of lock-out/tag-out safety procedures during service - Preparation and delivery of a detailed service report, including evaluation, estimate of parts/services needed, and technician identification - Notable Requirements: - Contractor must have at least 5 years of experience with Fellows Gear Shapers (mechanical and electrical systems) - Strict adherence to security, safety, and environmental compliance - Service report must be delivered within 5 days of service completion - Work to be performed during normal business hours, coordinated with JMTC

Description

The Contractor will troubleshoot and diagnose machine in order to bring machine back to fully mission capable. Contractor will provide an evaluation report with parts list to the JMTC Representative.
