On June 15, 2026, unsuccessful offeror AccelGov, LLC filed a bid protest action at the U.S. Court of Federal Claims (COFC), No. 26-878, challenging the Defense Health Agency’s (Agency) removal from the competitive range from the Domain and Directory Service Branch (DDSB), Operations and Sustainment Information Technology Services under Solicitation No. 1779525.  The relevant details are as follows:
