Description

The Service Provider will be responsible for providing comprehensive Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services for the Aviation Administration Center (AAC). The scope includes O&M and Janitorial services for the AAC building, parking deck, pedestrian bridges, exterior grounds, and all associated infrastructure, systems, and common-use areas. The contractor must establish and maintain a Facility Management Program to ensure all systems and assets are operational, safe, and compliant. The provider must deliver all O&M services required to keep the AAC fully operational, clean, and safe, in accordance with the Department of Aviation's standards.
