FEMA Region 4 is seeking a contractor for recurring inspection, certification, and repair services for critical fire safety systems at the Thomasville Federal Records Center in Georgia. - Government Buyer: - Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Region 4, Administrative Services Contracting, Thomasville Federal Records Center - OEMs and Vendors: - FM200 Fire Suppression System (OEM: Kidde/Carrier or comparable) - PRO2000D Air Sampling Center (OEM: AirSense Technology or comparable) - Products/Services Requested: - Semiannual (every 6 months) inspections and certifications of the FM200 Fire Suppression System (part number 7540-01-152-8067) - Semiannual inspections and repairs for the PRO2000D Air Sampling Center - Labor rates for repairs as needed for both systems - Completion of NFPA 2001 Form 14B and delivery of inspection reports - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Services must comply with NFPA 72, NFPA 2001, and NFPA 2010 standards - Contract includes a base year plus four option years (total up to 5 years) - Contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision - Vendor capability statements and technical qualifications are required - All work must follow manufacturers' testing and inspection guidelines

Description

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) requires routine maintenance and inspection services for the FM200 Fire Suppression System and the Pro2000D Air Sampling Center located at the Thomasville Federal Records Center (FRC) twice a year on 6 month intervals.

The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform semiannual inspections and certification of the FM200 Fire Suppression System and the Pro2000D Air Sampling Center at the Thomasville FRC.

Offerors must provide a quote and a capability statement no later than 2:00pm ET Tuesday July 07, 2026, to the following email address: tiffany.young@fema.dhs.gov
