This opportunity is for logistics support services to facilitate the Mekong River Commission (MRC) SVP Webtool implementation in Laos, managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Institute for Water Resources (IWR). - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Institute for Water Resources (IWR) - USACE Mission Support Battalion - Services Requested: - Logistics support for a 1-day regional workshop in Vientiane, Laos (30 participants) - Includes travel arrangements, daily subsistence allowances, meeting space, and transportation - Logistics support for a 2-day training on the SVP web tool in Vientiane, Laos (16 participants) - Includes travel arrangements, daily subsistence allowances, meeting space, and transportation - Cost estimation and booking for workshop and training logistics - Develop cost estimates and secure time-sensitive bookings (meeting packages, airfare) - Invoice submission for workshop and training expenses - Submit invoices with receipts for DSA, travel, and other expenses - Unique Requirements: - Total logistics budget capped at $31,000 - Coordination for approximately 46 participants from Cambodia, Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, MRCS, and IWR - Non-personal services contract; firm-fixed price award - Proposals evaluated on technical understanding, past performance, and price - No specific OEMs, products, or part numbers requested; service-based procurement - Period of Performance: - Six months from award - Workshop and training scheduled within this period, with training to occur within 30 days after the workshop - Set aside for small business concerns

Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

This Solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) for contractor support to facilitate logistics for a 1-day regional meeting with the four member countries and a 2-day training on the use of SVP tool in Laos. The contractor is expected to support logistics in executing these workshops

This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.
