Description
This is a combined presolicitation/solicitation notice for commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO FAR part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation notice and quotations are being requested.
Solicitation W50S8K26QA003 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) in accordance with RFO FAR 12.201-1 simplified procedures for repair of Building 99 at Jefferson Barracks Air National Guard Station, St. Louis, MO.
The evaluation is being conducted in two phases using a down select process. In Phase 1 interested contractors will submit documentation to evaluate technical risk. Contractors selected to proceed to Phase 2 will be invited to attend a site visit and provide a price quotation.
This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

The Government's target price range is between $400,000 and $600,000.
In accordance with RFO FAR 36.101-4, the following information is provided:
1. The National Guard has no agency-specific policies or procedures applicable to definitization of equitable adjustments for change orders under construction contracts other than those described at RFO FAR 43.304, RFO DFARS 243.304 and AFARS 5143.304.
2. Data for the prior 3 fiscal years regarding the time required to definitize equitable adjustments for change orders under construction contracts for the National Guard is currently not available, but will be compiled and provided in future announcements.
