Description
This solicitation is for the construction of a new on-site Ammonia Removal Facility at the Hornsby Bend Biosolids Management Plant to treat high ammonia and nitrogen concentrations from the Dewatering Facility's side stream. The project aims to reduce ammonia load by 80 to 90% to meet environmental regulatory requirements. Additionally, it includes improvements to existing drainage and storm water management systems to provide positive drainage for the proposed Ammonia Removal Facility. The project combines CIP 3164.125 and 3164.094 and is being bid together as one project.
