The International Trade Commission (ITC) has announced the institution of preliminary phase antidumping and countervailing duty investigations concerning imports of certain choline salts from China. The ITC will make a preliminary determination by August 10, 2026, and transmit its views to the Department of Commerce by August 17, 2026.
