Description

The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary safety zone on the Columbia River on June 27-28, 2026, to protect personnel, vessels, and the marine environment during high-speed hydroplane vessel races. The safety zone covers all navigable waters of the Columbia River near Howard Amon Park between River Miles 337 and 338.
