Description
The Department of Labor (DOL) is submitting an Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA)-sponsored information collection request (ICR) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA). This ICR relates to the standard on 4,4′-Methylenedianiline for general industry, which aims to protect workers from adverse health effects associated with occupational exposure. Employers are required to monitor worker exposures, provide medical examinations and training, and maintain exposure-monitoring and medical records. Public comments on the ICR are invited until July 29, 2026.
