Description
Solicitation to be published on or about July 13, 2026 at 15:00 CST. The is a presolicitation notice only. The Contractor shall furnish all key personnel to provide services necessary to perform onsite Nephrology Physician Services to eligible beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Robert J. Dole VAMC (hereinafter referred to VAMC).The Contractor s physician(s) care shall cover the range of Nephrology services as would be provided in a state-of-the-art civilian medical treatment facility and the standard of care shall be of a quality, meeting or exceeding currently recognized national standards. Care shall be compliant with all related VHA kidney health policies, including VHA Handbook 1042.01: Criteria and Standards for VA Dialysis Programs and VHA Directive 1053: Chronic Kidney Disease Prevention, Early Recognition, and Management. Care shall be generally consistent with published clinical practice guidelines including the VA/DoD Clinical Practice Guideline for the Management of Chronic Kidney Disease, those published by Kidney Disease: Improving Global Outcomes (KDIGO: https://www.KDIGO.org) and by the National Kidney Foundation-Kidney Disease Outcomes Quality Initiative (NKF-KDIGO; https://www.kidney.org/professionals/ guidelines). Nephrology physicians must be Board Certified/Board Eligible (recent graduates up to four (4) years). Line Items include the following:
