Description

The Iowa Department of Administrative Services is soliciting bids for the replacement of a portion of the parking lot at the Department of Public Safety Post 02 Headquarters located at 1619 Truro Pavement, Osceola, Iowa 50213. The project includes all labor, materials, equipment, and supplies necessary to complete the parking lot replacement in accordance with the contract documents. Construction is anticipated to begin in late summer or early fall with completion no later than October 16, 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically via the IMPACS system by 2:00 PM on July 30, 2026, and must include a bid security of 5% of the total bid amount.
