Description

Construction is anticipated to begin on September 14th, 2026 and conclude by November 3rd, 2026. Bids must be submitted via the IMPACS Electronic Procurement System by 2:00 PM on July 28th, 2026, and must include a bid security of 5% of the total bid amount. The bid opening will be conducted virtually via Microsoft Teams on July 28th, 2026 at 3:00 PM. The project is exempt from Iowa Sales Tax and Davis Bacon Wages do not apply.
