Tennessee Technological University is seeking a comprehensive Point-of-Sale (POS) and concessions technology system for all athletics venues, including Tucker Stadium, to be operational before the 2026 football season. - Government Buyer: - Tennessee Technological University, Purchasing & Contracts Office - Products & Hardware Requested: - POS terminals (various types and locations) - Handheld POS units (for concessions, suites, legacy stadium integration) - Self-checkout kiosks and floor-standing kiosks - AI checkout systems (Mashgin or equivalent) - Kitchen display systems (KDS) - Payment devices (including P2PE) - Cash drawers - Transact Side Car devices for campus card integration - MIDs (Merchant IDs) for payment processing - QR code mobile ordering systems for suites - Software & Services Requested: - POS software and licensing - Installation, configuration, and implementation across multiple environments - Remote and on-site training for staff - On-site technical support for initial events - Ongoing technical support, service agreements, and maintenance - Dedicated project management - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Full integration with the Transact campus card system - Support for self-checkout, mobile ordering, and cashless payments - PCI compliance required - System must be fully operational before the 2026 football season - Five-year contract term with capped annual price escalation (max 2%) - No specific OEMs mandated; equivalent products from any manufacturer will be considered - AI checkout systems must meet or exceed Mashgin performance standards

Tennessee Technological University is soliciting bids for the procurement, installation, and support of a comprehensive Point-of-Sale (POS) and concessions technology system to support Tucker Stadium and Athletics operations. The system must be fully integrated across all athletics venues, enable self-checkout, mobile ordering, and cashless payments, and integrate with the Transact campus card system. The project includes providing all required POS hardware, software, licensing, installation, training, and ongoing support. The system must be operational by August 29, 2026, with preferred completion by August 21, 2026, to support the 2026 football season.
