Description
The Department of Commerce, through the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), is requesting public comment on the extension of an information collection related to the type-approval requirements for Vessel Monitoring Systems (VMS). This involves the submission of type-approval requests and supporting materials for Enhanced Mobile Transceiver Units (EMTUs) used in federal fisheries programs.
