Description

This notice announces the Environmental Protection Agency's receipt of requests from registrants to voluntarily cancel certain pesticide registrations and/or amend registrations to terminate certain uses. The EPA solicits public comments on these requests, which will be granted unless substantive comments warrant further review or the request is withdrawn. If granted, EPA will issue an order cancelling the listed product registrations, after which sale, distribution, or use of these products will be restricted according to the final order. The comment period closes on July 29, 2026.
