Description

The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is seeking approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for the information collection related to the Ginnie Mae Digital Collateral Program. This program permits the securitization of mortgage loans where the note is an eligible electronic note (eNote). The information collection aims to verify that eIssuers and eCustodians have the necessary knowledge, experience, and technological capability to manage eMortgages and safeguard eMortgage documents.
