The Department of Defense is announcing a Federal Advisory Committee meeting of the U.S. Naval Academy Board of Visitors. The meeting will be partially open to the public and partially closed. The Board will inquire into the state of morale and discipline, curriculum, instruction, physical equipment, fiscal affairs, and academic methods of the Naval Academy. The closed portion will discuss new and pending administrative or minor disciplinary infractions and nonjudicial punishments involving midshipmen. The meeting will be held at the Library of Congress, Washington DC, on July 20, 2026.
