NOAA is convening a public review workshop for the SEDAR 104 Atlantic Dolphinfish Management Strategy Evaluation (MSE): - Purpose: Review and evaluate the scientific soundness of the MSE operating model report for Atlantic Dolphinfish - Format: In-person workshop with participation from scientists, biologists, fishermen, environmentalists, and agency staff - Scope: Focused on fisheries management strategy evaluation, not procurement or acquisition - No products, services, or vendors are being solicited or procured - Open to public observation and input, but not a contracting or industry day event

This notice announces a public review workshop for the Southeast Data, Assessment, and Review (SEDAR) 104 Atlantic Dolphinfish Management Strategy Evaluation (MSE). The workshop will be held in person from July 28 to July 31, 2026, at the Hilton Garden Inn Charleston Airport Hotel in North Charleston, SC. The review will evaluate the management strategy evaluation operating model report to determine if it is scientifically sound. Participants include various stakeholders such as scientists, biologists, fishermen, environmentalists, and agency staff.
