Description

This project involves the full modernization of nine electric traction passenger elevators at the UW Tower complex, including one 23-stop gearless overhead traction elevator, five 20-stop gearless overhead traction elevators serving a high-rise tower, and three 5-stop geared overhead traction elevators serving other buildings. The scope includes electrical and mechanical improvements to update power, lighting, and machine room temperature control to current code requirements.
