Description
The New York City Department of Finance is seeking a qualified contractor to provide printing and mailing services for parking violations and other charges generated by the Agency's Summons Tracking and Receivable System (STARS) and Business Tax and Collection System (BTCS). The contract term is anticipated to be six years with options to renew. The procurement is subject to Local Law 1 - M/WBE requirements. Responses must be submitted via PASSPort by July 30, 2026.
