This opportunity is for bus shuttle services to support the 65th German-American Volksfest at USAG Bavaria, Germany. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army, U.S. Army Garrison Bavaria, Command Group - Services Requested: - Non-personal public on-post bus shuttle service for event attendees - Contractor must provide all buses, drivers, supervision, equipment, maintenance, fuel, licensing, and insurance - Compliance with German road traffic and security regulations is required - Products/Quantities: - Sixteen (16) buses, each with 44-passenger capacity or greater, with drivers, provided daily - 3 buses: Tower Barracks Grafenwoehr to Volksfest - 5 buses: Rose Barracks Vilseck to Volksfest - 8 buses: Camp Kasserine parking to Volksfest - Service Details: - Daily operation from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. during the event - Contractor responsible for all aspects of bus operation and service continuity - Unique Requirements: - All buses must be in good working order and meet local licensing and insurance requirements - Contractor must ensure compliance with all applicable German laws and security protocols - Service Contract Reports required annually
