The Hugh L. Carey Battery Park City Authority (BPCA) is soliciting proposals from software vendors to provide capital expenditure tracking and reporting, bond fund drawdown management software and implementation services (Scope A), and/or investment reconciliation and reporting software and implementation services (Scope B). Vendors may submit proposals for either or both scopes. Scope A includes multi-year budgeting, funding source management, work order tracking, amendment tracking, real-time cost visibility, and bond fund drawdown management with approval workflows and reporting. Scope B includes portfolio management, trade entry and approval workflows, reconciliation against custodial and advisor records, interest income tracking, book versus market valuation, and GASB-compliant footnote generation. Both scopes require integration with BPCA's current and future ERP systems.
