The Town of Amherst Engineering Department is seeking bids for the replacement of splash pad liners at Clearfield Community Center Park and North Forest Park in Williamsville, NY. - Government Buyer: - Town of Amherst Engineering Department - Contact: Michael Hitzel - OEMs and Vendors: - RenoSys (Endura Series PVC Pool membrane specified as reference standard) - Equivalent products from other manufacturers are acceptable - Products/Services Requested: - Furnishing and installation of a new PVC pool liner membrane system for two splash pads - RenoSys Endura Series PVC Pool membrane or equivalent - Includes all accessory components, adhesives, and underlayment membranes - Preparation of existing concrete surfaces - Installation must ensure a watertight and permanent system - All work must follow manufacturer installation requirements and contract documents - Installation services for the above system - Unique/Notable Requirements: - The existing aquatic equipment at Clearfield Park will remain in place - Contractor is responsible for obtaining all building permits (fees waived) - Contract duration is 60 calendar days from notice to proceed

Description

This solicitation is for furnishing all equipment, labor, and materials to provide and install a new PVC pool liner membrane system, RenoSys Endura Series PVC Pool membrane (or equal), for the splash pads at Clearfield and North Forest Parks. The work includes preparing the existing concrete splash pad surfaces to accept the new liner as per manufacturer requirements, installation of the liner membrane system and all accessory components to ensure a watertight permanent system. The contractor is responsible for obtaining all building permits, with all fees waived. All work must conform to design details, manufacturer installation requirements, and contract documents.
