Description
This solicitation is for the procurement of proprietary electronic subscriptions, resources, products, services, and databases for the libraries at the State University of New York campuses including Binghamton, Cobleskill, Delhi, Morrisville, and Oneonta. These libraries participate in consortia to negotiate favorable contracts and establish yearly rates for electronic media and related products. The procurement will cover the fiscal year 2026-2027 and payments will be made directly to the identified publishers or providers. Awards will be made under discretionary authority without a sealed bid process. Interested vendors must contact the designated University contact within 15 business days of the notice.
