Description

This contract will enable the Town of Brookhaven to safely remove and legally dispose of asbestos-laden materials from residential homes and/or demolish, remove, and legally dispose of residential structures which may or may not contain asbestos-laden materials. The contract term is two years with three one-year extensions. Bidders must submit questions in writing by July 6, 2026, and bids are due by July 13, 2026, at 11:00 AM. The work location is various sites in Suffolk County, New York.
