This opportunity is for paint and flooring repairs at multiple buildings (HP51, HP53, HP55, HP57) at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, managed by the U.S. Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune and NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune - Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Mid-Atlantic, ROICC Camp Lejeune - Scope of Work: - Interior and exterior painting, including surface repairs, mold treatment, priming, and application of specified coatings - Removal and installation of resilient flooring systems: - Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) flooring in sleeping rooms and offices - Epoxy resinous flooring in common areas, lounges, stair treads, and stairwells - Flooring cove base, sealer, adhesives, and mouldings as specified - Replacement of interior and exterior doors and windows (quantities specified for HP51 and HP57) - Hazardous materials handling, including lead paint scraping/encapsulation and compliance with asbestos reports - Furniture protection and removal during work - Products/Materials Requested: - Paint (various types and finishes, including latex, eggshell/satin, polyurethane, Loxon masonry, mildew-resistant) - LVT flooring (6"x48", 30 mil wear layer, 3.05 mm overall thickness, ASTM-compliant) - Epoxy resinous flooring - Flooring cove base, sealer, adhesives, mouldings, caulking, and sealants - Interior and exterior doors, windows - Surface preparation and repair materials (e.g., shellac, putty, patching plaster, spackling compound) - Notable Requirements: - All flooring and paint products must meet strict ASTM, MPI, and environmental standards (e.g., low VOC, EPP rating) - Flooring must meet chemical resistance, slip resistance, flammability, and smoke density standards - Paints/coatings must be environmentally preferred (MPI E1 rating) - Compliance with hazardous materials handling and environmental protection plans - Only pre-listed M&R MACC Contractors are eligible to bid - No specific OEMs, brands, or part numbers are mandated; equivalent products meeting specifications are acceptable.
