The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a quotation for a EMB BAS Repairs at the U.S. Embassy properties in Stockholm. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. Interested parties should request a RFQ package from the Stockholm Procurement Team by email at STKgsocontracts@state.gov using; 19SW8026P0608 EMB BAS Repairs in the subject line. Details to be provided by the company are: • Name and address of company • Name of requestor and position • Contact details – email address and phone number • Description of your company and previous experience that corresponds with the SoW.
The Embassy intends to conduct a site visit on 8th July 2026 11am local time at the U.S. Embassy in Stockholm. Prospective offerors/quoters should contact stkgsocontracts@state.gov by 6th July 10am with names of visitors and for additional information or to arrange entry to the building. Quotations are due by 13th July 2026 at 10.00 local time. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted.
